“I am the third generation of a family of clock and watch makers. In my childhood I had learnt the trade from my father, as he had learnt from his. I took care in disassembling and reassembling watches & clocks, paying close attention to the inner workings and craftsmanship of each timepiece".

Today, Totan runs a family owned business in Kettering with that inherited skill of the generation, he has advanced and adopted it in an unique way for making Jewellery and started his own shop Totan Jewellers in 1982, having had further training in gemstones, evaluation & appraisals. Since then Totan has become for many local and the wider public 'The family jeweller' providing a wide range of service from a simple battery replacement to the most complicated watch, clock & jewellery repair & restoration, or artistically remodelling some old family jewellery into something more personal and valuable, complete with gemstones identification and insurance valuation.

Our shop also stocks a variety of beautiful Traditional & Modern jewellery, watches and clocks from well known brands and independent artists and of course, our own designs.
